Return Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be in original, unused condition with intact packaging.
- Perishable items (e.g., food, beverages) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.
Non-Returnable Conditions
- Opened food items.
- Personalized or customized hampers.
- Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Provide photo evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
- We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund if the claim is valid.
Refund Process
- Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
- Refunds may take additional time to reflect based on your bank/payment provider.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
- For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
