Refund and Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • Products must be in original, unused condition with intact packaging.
  • Perishable items (e.g., food, beverages) are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Opened food items.
  • Personalized or customized hampers.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide photo evidence of the damage or incorrect product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund if the claim is valid.

Refund Process

  • Once returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds may take additional time to reflect based on your bank/payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong/damaged item), we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
